Giant Vodka Bottle Shows Consequences Of Drink Driving

Russian authorities have devised a unique and unusual way to show motorists the consequences of drink driving. They have commissioned a giant metal vodka bottle and stuffed it with the remains of wrecked vehicles that were crashed while under the control of somebody drunk and driving.

This giant metal vodka bottle has been situated so that traffic from Mozhaisk and Minsk highway can see this monument and hopefully this will deter drink and driving.

One Russian official stated that if at least one driver out of a hundred will think that you can not drink while driving, and it saves his life, then it will be great.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this catches on and we see more giant vodka bottles appearing in other places too as this seems to be a great way to show the consequences of drink driving.
